Life in general can be easy. But we tend to complicate it with our own programming, ego issues, traumas, memories, "bad" experiences and so on.
If we just listen to our coach, teacher, guru, maestro, parents, grandparents, uncles or whoever may be guiding us, we can actually pull it off in a simple way.
Of course we need lessons and hard bottoms and tough calls, but we can avoid the majority of them by just listening to someone who has walked the path before us.
We can learn from other people's experience and get our own experience from a higher level.
Do you really need to get an injury, when you could avoid it and learn anyway? That is a rhetorical question.😀
For example a tennis serve. Fairly very complicated movement for muscles and nerves. Trust me you can be really awkward and clumsy doing it on your own.
Or you listen to your tennis coach and do exactly as she/he gives you the instructions. That is, if you have good muscle nerve system connection, to actually instruct your muscles to move in a specific way.
And then again even if your muscle nerve connection is amazing you still need repetition to master the movement itself.
It is anyway complicated and difficult movement itself, but adding your own insecurities and bad emotional traumas is not helping.
So just do as instructed and repeat exactly as instrcuted
