It’s been over a year, you say.
It has your head spinning.
You’ve done the research.
You’ve looked up “How to get stronger with the barbell?”
“What's the best program for strength?”
“Dayum,” you say. “There’s so much information, my head hurts.”
Why’s this gotta be so tough when all you really want is to see the numbers go up on the barbell.
And, it’s a shame.
Because what you don’t realize what’s happening behind the scenes: You aren’t on a program to build strength.
When you’ve been lifting for a year, you are still in the critical stage of building your strength base. Those numbers shouldn't just rise... they should skyrocket.
So why do so many quit before seeing results?
You know. You get irritated with your overthinking. You ask yourself, “Why did I put so much time into this in the first place?!”-
(Because you wanted to get stronger.)-

You can make progress.

Remember why you’re doing this:
You are more than your job. You are more than a girlfriend. You are more than what your daily life forces you to be.
...The time you spend in the gym is the time you create for yourself
...This time allows you to improve and achieve things that can’t be improved or achieved by anyone but you.
...This is your time to push past your limited beliefs and truly excel.

When you start down the path toward creating a new habit, you are continually making that change happen...even when you don’t see it yet.
And, when you quit because you’re not seeing results fast enough, you’re giving up too soon.
p.s.- if you’re nodding your head in agreement…
