Happy Wednesday! We’re half way through the week 🙌 I’m kicking things off with this easy breakfast plate - a pasture raised egg seasoned with EBTB seasoning, roasted Brussels sprouts, broccoli tots, and @avocadoorganic 🥑 slices.
I was trying to find an old favorite, the Wholesome Pantry Veggie Tots from @shopritestores, but they didn’t have them. I’m actually not sure if they even still exist because it’s been a hot minute, so I decided to give these broccoli tots a try. They have almost like a phyllo dough exterior with the rest of the tot inside which is interesting. I definitely like them, but they’re no old school veggie tots that may or may not still exist 😔 Anyway, thanks for coming to my tot Ted Talk!
