Let’s talk about Ezekiel Elliott. Days before the start of our season, the Cowboys gave him a 6 year deal for $90 Million. This comes after he held out all of training camp. Fast forward to Week 10 and Zeke hasn’t been playing that great. You can tell he has lost a step since his rookie season. In year 1, Zeke had 15 rushes of 20+ yards. So far in year 4, he only has one rush of 20+ yards and his longest run so far this season is 27 yards. This is an indicator that he has lost his speed. Now I’m not saying that Zeke isn’t good, because he is. I’m just saying he isn’t playing like he should when we’re giving him BY FAR the biggest contract for a running back in NFL history. I LOVE Zeke and I think it’s too early to panic, but it’ll definitely be something to keep an eye on. Check out @baldynfl recent video on Zeke and his performance so far this season. He made some great points that should be addressed. Let me know how you feel about this down below!
