Kimi Machi Zaka Park is a park in Noshiro city, Akita prefecture. There is a small Mido in the back of the husband and wife cedar of Kimi Machi Zaka Park first open space, and it is said that the wish of love will come true.
Such a beautiful place and the whole area had writings pertaining and reaffirming to the world and yourself, that love comes in all shapes and forms. Walking into this place gave me a new perspective on family, life, love and romance.
The letter received by the Meiji Emperor at that time was a love letter from the empress containing a Waka, expressing concern for the Meiji Emperor during his long summer tour.
The range of large boulders, “Byoubuiwa” and the “Meotoiwa” boulder, which held wishes by men and women, are painted with the colours of Sakuras and red Maple leaves in the rotation of four seasons.
