Butt back first when squatting
The squat is a great exercise for all kinds of reasons such as increasing lower body strength, helping with mobility and learning to control your body with loads being placed upon it.
Each body is built slightly different so squat form may vary in order to benefit each individual, but one aspect that should be universal to all is the butt back first.
When you put the bar on your back you start standing straight up with a very very slight bend in the knees. The next movement following that should be butt back followed by some bend in the knees.
As shown in the video, if you knees go first, this puts you at an awkward position to go through the rest of the movement and can put a lot of stress on the knees.
You can just practice this first part of the squat. Put the bar on you back and then focus no putting the hips back and return to the starting position. Make sure you practice with bw, the bar, or easy weight as this is just to get the basics before loading back up with weight.
