👋🏼 Hi! It’s me!
I’ve been off the map for quite some time. Lots of traveling but I also have had this lingering sickness for about 3 weeks now.
The first week, it’s like “okay yeah I’m sick.”
The second week, it’s like “wait I really still have this?”
And at this point I’m just irritated. It’s not nearly as bad as when it started and I think I’m at the tail end of it🤞🏼
I woke up this morning feeling decent so I went down to the gym and it was exactly what I needed! It felt so good to sweat it out.
When it comes to being sick, if it’s above the neck (stuffy nose, sore throat, itchy eyes etc), it’s okay to work out. If it’s below the neck (anything in your chest), you definitely do not want to workout!
Do you ever feel more motivated for a workout when you have cute clothes? Yeah, me too! That’s why I love @balanceathletica ! It’s cute, comfy and very flattering for all body types!

If you’re ever feeling unmotivated sometimes it just helps to put on some cute clothes and get there. Showing up is half the battle when you’re lacking motivation!
