The perfect Banana bread for those who suffer from allergies - GLUTEN|NUT|DAIRY|EGG|SOY FREE .
🍌5 very ripe bananas
🍌2 cups of gluten free flour (could also use coconut or almond flour).
🍌2.5 teaspoons of baking power 🍌3 tablespoons chia seeds
🍌1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey.
🍌Optional - you can add carrot, zucchini, greens powder or protein to this dish to add in any extra goodies you like.
SO EASY - Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees, smash the bananas with a fork into a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix together. Place all into a greased bread tin and bake for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy 😋 .
